Aloe Vera has DOZENS of highly effective properties starting with my favorite – it’s a gelatinous fiber that attaches to toxins in the body and helps push them through to be digested quicker!

You can purchase conventional aloe juice but the best/most effective way is directly from the plant or store bought leaves. Filet the pulp away from the skin. Cube and scoop into a bowl (make sure to scoop up all of the gooey stuff with the pulp) to make it more palatable, I like to squeeze a bit of lemon juice onto it you can even add it to juices or smoothies.
