The Power of Cinnamon

Did you know cinnamon is a powerful:
Anti inflammatory, antiseptic, blood sugar regulator, fever reducer, helps high cholesterol, indigestion, memory problems, nausea and vomiting and so much more!

Conventional cinnamon loses its potency as it is processed and sits on a shelf for too long. We like to purchase small batches of fresh ground cinnamon from our local spice retailer. Sprinkle it in your shakes, on your oats or if you dare, swallow a teaspoon or two before meals.
